Brisant Ultion One Star Cylinder

The Brisant Ultion One Star Cylinder is a Sold Secure gold rated euro lock cylinder.

The first line of defence in a snap attack is to manage the snap. By incorporating the sacrificial cut the Ultion star gives snap protection not seen in normal 1* locks. The Ultion One Star fixing screw engages with a completely independent central section - giving resistance from the snap attack. This section is made using molybdenum, an element that is 25% denser than iron.

The Ultion One Star delivers protection from bump attacks with internal pins and a steel spring designed specifically and placed randomly to repel the attack. The Ultion One Star houses 24 hardened steel points of drill protection, 115,000 key combinations. As well as strategically positioned plugs in the keyway and rods in the body there are also hardened steel driver and differ pins.

As well as carrying the British Standard Kitemark Ultion Star has been tested and approved by locksmiths to the Sold Secure Gold standard.
